Visionary Eyecare of Monroe, Your Family Optometrist

This was my first visit to Visionary and it was a great experience. The staff are delightful and you can tell they enjoy working with each other. They are very much a team. While I was there I felt my needs came first. My doctor was thorough, patient and happily answered all of my questions in a way I could easily understand. Even picking out my glasses was fun...when does THAT happen?!?

This is everything a business should be. All employees are friendly, respectful, professional and honest. I have total confidence in everyone there. They are truly interested in you and they definitely know what they are doing. You need to go there and see for yourself.

All staff was professional, inviting and personable. The practice has a very intimate setting making the overall experience feel more personalized. Dr. was extremely thorough, caring and passionate about care being given. She encouranged questions and went to great lengths to make sure that I was satisfied with my examination and experience. Optician was knowledgeable, professional and charismatic. He was detail-oriented and ensured that there was mutually understanding between us at all times. He also welcomed questions (very refreshing change) in order to be certain that I was happy with my decisions. I highly recommend this office above any others as they have far exceeded my expectations!
